REBEL MIX (AKA: PG)
Our personal blend goes from spicy to mild to slightly sweet and can be utilized both raw and cooked.

STARSTRUCK LETTUCE MIX
A crispy crunchy mix of red and green romaine and oakleaf lettuces that make for a beautiful and colorful salad.

ARUGULA
Rocket variety has a slightly nutty flavor, that’s a tad bit bitter, as well as, peppery.
Perfect for hot and cold dishes.

MIZUNA
Delicate with a peppery and slightly bitter taste. Lovely in both hot and cold preparations.

ROUXAI LETTUCE
Premium-class red oakleaf lettuce has red/green lobed leaves. Great sweet and subtle flavor. Makes a great light salad.

LITTLE GEM LETTUCE
Romaine variety has an excellent texture and is often grilled.

BIBB LETTUCE
A delicate, soft buttery lettuce that is excellent in salads, on sandwiches, and used for lettuce cups/wraps.

FRISÉE
Known amongst Denver Chefs as “Green Frisee” as it is less bitter and you can utilize the entire head.

Escarole
A dense, lettuce-like head of mildly bitter leaves. Escarole is excellent for salads, sautéing and for making soups.

Radicchio
Red speckled head has a bittersweet flavor. Chop raw into a salad, or halve and grill to bring out its sweetness.

KOHLRABI
Nearly fibreless. Broccoli stem/cabbage-like.

LACINATO KALE
Tender, slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Less bitter notes. Excellent for raw dishes but holds up well to heat!

Red Russian Kale
Tender/mild kale. Nutty, sweet, earthy flavor with a hearty texture. Great for salads, smoothies, and sautéing.

WATERCRESS
A bitter/spicy green that holds a variety of uses from soups and salads to sauces and stir-fry.

WRINKLE CRINKLE CRUMPLED CRESS
Unique floral-spice flavor. Less bitter than traditional watercress. Awesome in soups!

BOK CHOI
Ours has beautiful dark green leaves and is delicious whether lightly steamed or sautéed. Also, great in soups!

Has a bright pungent burst of clean, sour, lemon-y flavor. A personal favorite!

MINT
Spearmint that has a fruity aroma and flavor. Beautiful in any recipe that calls for mint.

Sweet Thai Basil
Has spicy-sweet notes of anise and black licorice. Mix into salads or add to spring rolls for a fresh fragrant twist.

ROSEMARY
Aromatic herb with a pungent taste. Flavor is lemony, pine-like, savory, mint-y, sage-like and peppery. A culinary favorite!

Dill
Aromatic herb used to flavor anything from soups, to pickles. Citrus-like, licorice flavor similar to fennel.

FRENCH TARRAGON
Sweeter, lighter variety of Tarragon. Pairs beautifully with anything from sauces to chicken dishes.
